As you may have figured out by now, we at C&L love rum and we love Ron Barceló. We feature their drinks fairly often and even reviewed their Imperial rum. So let’s continue with another great recipe featuring the Imperial rum, plantain syrup, angostura bitters and black walnut bitters. This drink will be a classy hit at your next party.
2 ounces Ron Barceló Imperial
1/2 ounce sweet plantain syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes black walnut bitters
Add all ingredients then stir and serve over a large ice cube. Garnish with a banana slice.
