It’s summer and beach season which means it’s perfectly acceptable to enjoy some fruity beverages. There’s lots to choose from, like these three that are garnished with little umbrellas, this delicious mojito, and, of course, some tequila cocktails. For today, Ron Barceló introduces the Skinny Beach and Lulove.
For the Skinny Beach, use Barceló Imperial (review here), lime juice and demarara syrup, add a lime wheel and a marigold flower atop this scrumptious summer sip to suit it up for the warm days ahead.
1 1/5 ounces Barceló Imperial
1 ounce lime juice
3/4 ounces demarara syrup
Served in coupe glass
Garnish: Lime wheel and marigold flower
1 1/5 ounces Barceló Gran Platinum
3/4 ounces lime juice
1 1/2 ounces lulo syrup
Garnish: Small flower petal
Shake vigorously and strain over crushed ice.
