It’s Mixology Monday and today we have a concoction to celebrate Spring and the return of warm weather. This cocktail from Ron Barcelo infuses ginger, lemon juice, apple cider, cinnamon syrup, aperol and mezcal for a smooth, smoky finish.
1 1/2 ounce Ron Barceló Gran Platinum
1/2 ounce Mezcal
3/4 ounces lemon juice
1/2 ounce cinnamon syrup
1/4 ounce aperol
1 ounce apple cider
Build in a tin.
Shake and strain into a double rocks glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with a slice of ginger and orange and a sprig of mint.
