With the launch of Cigars & Leisure‘s premiere magazine, this week’s featured cigar is a bit of a tease of what’s to come in our first issue. We have an exclusive interview with Lissette Perez-Carrillo, co-founder of E.P. Carrillo Cigar who recently added a new size to its popular La Historia cigar. Called the Regalias de Celia, this torpedo-sized cigar is soft box-pressed and named after Perez-Carrillo’s wife’s grandmother. Though the size may of the cigar may be small, the experience and overall quality is anything but. You’ll find the cigar has a chocolate flavor with notes of cedar, pepper and even a little hint of cherry. You’ll find that the tapering of the torpedo will actually help you enjoy larger ring gauge comfortably without any stress or awkward positioning.
