The marriage of DÔA’s LatAsian cuisine and its cocktails could have been a tricky one but the award- winning Gonzalez rose up to the challenge with a balanced cocktail that compliments the menu offerings – the DÔA Cooler.
The drink’s formula of Kettle One, Soto Sake, Ever Spring Tea syrup, watermelon juice and Yuzu, enhances the food’s flavors while giving a refreshing zing.
Try your hand at one!
1 ounce Kettle One vodka
1 ounce Soto Sake
1/2 ounce Ever Spring Tea syrup (oolong)
1 ounce watermelon juice
1/2 ounce Yuzu (citrus fruit)
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.
Garnish: Dehydrated lemon and lime wheel
