Viaticum, a small batch release from Black Label Trading Company (BLTC) released back in 2019, is making a return this month.
Black Label Trading Company’s Viaticum will feature an Ecuadorian Maduro wrapper, Honduran Habano binder, and filler tobaccos from Nicaragua and Honduras. This cigar will come in three different sizes: Robusto (5 x 54), Toro (6 x 48), and Lancero (6 3/4 x 40). All of these cigars will be box pressed and will come in 20-count boxes with each cigar ranging in prices starting at $15 and going up to $15.50.
James Brown, creator of Black Label Trading Company and partner at Fabrica Oveja Negra, commented: “Viaticum is an evolution of the Last Rites blend and a testament to what Black Label Trading Co is all about. It uses most of the same tobaccos but in different proportions and primings. It’s the perfect balance between strength and complexity. This cigar is bold but also very refined. It’s all about balance. The dark fruit and earth flavors are wrapped in soft floral notes and elevated with a multitude of spice on the finish.”
