Alec Bradley Cigar Company announced that it will be releasing its popular Magic Toast cigar in a limited edition box-pressed Gran Toro. Only 1,000 24-count boxes of this size of Magic Toast will be released to retailers that attend this year’s Premium Cigar Association (PCA) trade show.
The Magic Toast Box Pressed Gran Toro line extension is said to be an homage to the original launch of the Magic Toast line, which was introduced at the PCA trade show, then called the International Premium Cigar & Pipe Retailers Association (IPCPR) trade show back in 2018. At the time, Magic Toast was marketed as a mystery release which built into the hype and interest in the cigar. This year’s Gran Toro pressing of Magic Toast will be the first square-pressed vitola of the line.
The Magic Toast Box Pressed Gran Toro features filler tobaccos from Honduras and Nicaragua; a double binder, one Nicaraguan and the other Honduran; and a silky smooth dark natural wrapper from Honduras. Suggested retail price per cigar is set at $11 before applicable taxes. This cigar is expected to ship in late quarter 3 of 2021 and will be limited to the U.S. retailers.
